For many years now, the top division ( currently called the FA Carling Premiership ) has always been a good contest. Nowadays, it seems as though it is being ‘run’ by three main teams, maybe even two. Manchester Utd, Arsenal and possibly Chelsea. The great Liverpool are no more and this season were struggling to finish in the top half, the same goes for Tottenham. So what is happening to our loved game? It doesn’t seem like a contest anymore. Most fans who we have talked to just say, 'The quality of players in teams such as Utd and Arsenal can’t be matched by any other in the Premiership’.
For the next few years at leasr, we’ll just have to sit back and admire the quality with the ‘3’ main teams.
